If your patio, pool deck, driveway, or walkway keeps peeling, it’s probably because somebody took your money and painted over the problem instead of fixing it.

This job had an old spraycrete system buried under 3 layers of paint. Instead of adding a 4th layer and calling it “new,” we removed the failed coating completely and rebuilt it the right way from the ground up.

Elite Epoxy LLC is currently looking for a motivated individual with no experience required who’s willing to learn the trade and grow with a company from the ground up. This position will start part-time while we determine if it’s the right fit, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as you prove reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

I would rather train someone from the beginning and teach them to do the job exactly how I do it—so everything is done the right way, with quality, attention to detail, and no corners cut.

Requirements:• Must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites• Must stay off your phone while working• Must be able to listen, follow directions, and take instruction seriously• Must be dependable, respectful, and ready to work
