A regular customer had been experiencing repeated water leaks with one of their balconies. We removed the old existing balcony coating, repaired the flashing, and applied a waterproof flake epoxy coating system. The top coat is UV resistant, so will look great for years to come. We don't use low-end home improvement store epoxy. We only use commercial and industrial strength products. With epoxy floors, the saying 'you get what you pay for' is so true !

1,605 SF of office and warehouse flooring completed.

We prepared the floor by grinding away the top surface to remove all contaminants to ensure a good bond. This was followed by repairing all the cracks in the concrete and filling any holes and dips in the floor. We then filled the control joints with flexible filler as the customer required a totally seamless floor finish.

We then applied the proprietary wicking technology epoxy base coat which ensures a solid bond. Once the floor became tacking we fully broadcast the multi-color flaskes to the whole floor. Once fully dry, an epoxy topcoat was applied to give the floor a semi-gloss finish which will last for years.
