Helping one of my favorite repeat clients with their new FL vacation home, currently being built.
This client needed assistance with determining the proper dimensions of furniture and layout, as well as product selection in their own personal style, and some visualization.

I was able to take onsite room measurements of a spec home in the same floorplan, and draw a scaled furniture layout plan.

Once I established the recommended size of the desired furniture, the product selections were finalized and presented, using visual mood boards, rough renderings, and photorealistic images.

All they need now is the house to be built!
