✔️ Installed 68 new 5/8” steel rods for structural reinforcement
✔️ Complete dock leveling
✔️ Reinforced the entire frame structure
✔️ Installed 16 new 6x6 posts to increase stability and support
✔️ All materials used are marine-grade, ideal for waterfront conditions
✔️ Replaced improperly used galvanized fasteners with the correct stainless steel hardware

RECONSTRUCTION COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY 🚧✨

Another project delivered with excellence! We completed a full dock reconstruction, ensuring greater safety, durability, and a high-quality finish.

🔹 Complete cleaning of all pilings
🔹 New piling wraps installed
🔹 Seawall cleaning, removing all barnacles and buildup
🔹 Installation of a structural 6x6 support under the concrete dock to improve durability and prevent future issues
🔹 Brand-new structural frame rebuilt from scratch
🔹 New decking installed, suitable for marine environments

Another project completed successfully with a satisfied client ✅⚓

This dock restoration project included the removal of the old wood decking and the installation of new PVC deck boards, providing a cleaner look, low maintenance, and long-term durability in the marine environment.

During the process, we also identified that the previous 5/8 galvanized rods had been installed improperly. To ensure safety and longevity, they were removed and replaced with new 5/8 stainless steel rods, which offer much better corrosion resistance in waterfront structures.

Additional improvements included:
• Structural frame adjustments
• Dock leveling and reinforcement
• Proper alignment for a 100% stable and secure dock

We’ve successfully completed this dock reconstruction and extension project, designed to safely accommodate a larger boat.

The project included:
• Installation of a new boat lift
• 6 new pilings (10x25) professionally installed
• Dock extension of 40 ft x 5 ft
• Structural remodeling of the existing dock to support the new layout
• Installation of protective ropes and piling caps for extra protection and durability

Every step of the project was built using high-quality marine materials and stainless steel hardware, ensuring long-term strength and reliability in the harsh marine environment.

This dock underwent a full structural rebuild to ensure safety, durability, and long-term value for the property.

🔹 Replaced 6 (8x25) pilings, which support the high-covered boat house — a critical structural reinforcement for the upper roof system.
🔹 Replaced 8 (8x16) pilings, strengthening the entire dock foundation.
🔹 Installed 30 new piling wraps for enhanced marine protection and extended lifespan.
🔹 After fully adjusting and aligning the frame, we completed a full deck replacement, delivering structural integrity and a refreshed, modern look.

The result: a stronger, safer, and fully upgraded dock built to last for years to come.
