A couple of weeks ago, one of our GOATs, Drew, handled a commercial repair that couldn’t wait for daylight. 🌙

A meter socket in this strip mall failed, locking out the utility — and locking in free power. But replacing it wasn’t simple. The lever-lock mechanism was toast, and the repair meant powering down **every** business in the complex.

The catch? One of the shops is a bakery — and mornings are *non-negotiable*. So Drew rolled up at 9:30 PM, tools in hand, to make it happen after all businesses closed.

☑️ Shut down the entire meter stack.
☑️ Replaced the internal guts and bus bars.
☑️ Restored safe, compliant power to the unit.
☑️ Got it done — zero impact on daily operations.
