✔️ 4 visits per month
• First 3 weekly visits: trash removal / lot clean-up
• Photo sent after each visit so you know it’s done

✔️ 4th visit:
• Full property inspection with detailed report
• Meter readings (if applicable)

If any issues or repairs are found, I’ll notify you right away and provide an estimate for labor. Any parts needed are always discussed and approved beforehand.
