When the problem is underground, the solution has to start from the ground up.

This home had an old cast-iron drainage system that had reached the end of its life. Our team removed the deteriorated piping and **reworked the home’s drainage system** to provide a reliable, long-term solution.

This video shows an important phase of the process: new drainage installed, trenches properly backfilled and compacted, **v***r barrier installed, reinforcing steel in place, and everything prepared for the concrete pour.**

This project started with a simple goal: bring a completely outdated house back to life.

What it became was something much bigger.

We opened the entire layout, rebuilt the infrastructure from the ground up with a full repipe and a new electrical system, and integrated modern solutions like an in-wall water filtration system.

Then we focused on what truly defines the space — the kitchen.
A Cristallo island with integrated LED lighting, custom cabinetry, and a full quartz backsplash that creates a clean, seamless statement.

Every room was redesigned with purpose. Every detail executed with precision.
