Never expected to be doing an exterior paint during the winter and the weather definitely turned quicker then expected and with so much rain too. Left on a vacation in the 60s and came back days later to below freezing and just back and forth from there between rain and snow... your typical NEPA weather.
Alot of scraping, sanding, primer, patience, too hot, too cold, snow and ice, rain, more patience, and alot more paint went into this one. This house soaked it up like nothing with nearly 65 gallons of primer and paint going into it. Definitely fell behind on this one though and spent many days driving there just to get 4 or 5 hours in before it was too cold or too wet again. With a few good breaks in the weather though I was finally able to get it wrapped up just in time for the new year. Felt like it was one of the best Christmas presents you could ask for. Overall all though, it ended up being a great outcome and another amazing customer to work with. Now I can't wait until the next one.

Bathroom remodel. Humidity issues and one small section of failed grout line in the floor caused some significant subfloor damage. Entire upper layer and portion of main subfloor were torn out replaced. Some nice vinyl tiles down for the new floor and no more grout lines. Tiled surround and grouped with a maintenance free grout so customer doesn't have to worry about resealing every or every other year. Corners and meet points sealed with a matching sanded caulk. Some minor plumbing upgrades for new fixture. Upgraded exhaust fan with builtin humidity sensor, new light fixture and some new accessories installed as well. Small closet repair as well. Lower section cut out and replaced.

Completed bathroom as well as some other projects. Only electrical to the entire room was one light fixture..not even a single outlet for power. Walls in this house were so thin and solid couldn't even install shallow boxes without building out the walls first. All new plumbing ran in as well ductwork for exhaust. Floors raised up almost 4 inches to level. Box trim added along floor as customer didn't want water line for baseboard heater ran through floor.
Hallway stairs had carpet removed and painted, top landing repaired, new light fixture, new drywall, and accent wall.
New wiring ran to add numerous outlets throughout the inside and outside of house. Exterior door replaced. Outside of house pressure washed and gutters cleaned. Front and side porches and peak of house repainted. And don't forget about the lovely helper that was always by my side.

Before and after (or mostly after) of a few smaller jobs completed with the pictures I have available. Missing some for a few of these but there's still a pretty good idea of each. One thing I've learned is to take way more pictures then needed since you can always delete them later but can't make the ones appear that you didn't take. Or just hire a photographer to follow you around.
1-Small section of porch cut out and replaced.
2- Porch and pergola sanded and repainted
(Don't have the before pics)
3-Porch carpet removed and replaced. (Don't have the before pics)
4-Porch sanded and repainted and steps replaced. Chimney was starting to deteriorate. Resurfaced and stained. Also sanded and repainted bilco doors for basement, front steel storm door, wrought iron railings, and resurfaced steps. Must have deleted those ones.
5-Basement clean out and carpet removed. Floors sanded down and cleaned. New water heater installed and couple bad connections replaced. Garage repainted and additional trim added for more appeal. Also assembled 10x10 shed but no pics.
6-2 toilets replaced and shut off valves added to lines. 2 TVs moved and wall mounted in new locations. Cable wires and electrical ran to new area and additional outlets installed. Updated some other outlets and switches and added an additional entryway outlet as well.
Completed some other smaller projects as well and assembled numerous items for customers who purchased and shipped online but unable to find pictures. Again...no job too small. Yes..I'm willing to to do those little jobs that most won't even consider so don't hesitate to ask. Everyone has to start somewhere. Just don't forget where you started.

After officially being in business for the last several months now it's time to finally set up a business page and try to get this out there. I intended to do this earlier but already had a couple larger jobs scheduled to start and didn't want to start off on the wrong foot and already delaying anyone trying to reach out. I'll be following up to this with some before and after pics of some of these jobs as well.

My intentions are to gain as many satisfied new and repeat customers as possible and be able to grow into well respected and reputable small business servicing Northeast PA throughout this first year and moving forward. It will not take long too realize that I'm 100% dedicated and reliable while remaining honest and affordable with each job opportunity. You will never be left stranded and with no communication for months, weeks, or even days. I also don't believe in any job being too small. Most small things can be underlying issues to much larger concerns or problems down the road. Again, your satisfaction and happiness is my only route to success.

Finally, with spring not far from I'm looking to start building a client list for all of your outside needs including spring clean ups, one time or regularly scheduled mowings and yard maintenance, landscaping projects, etc. Free estimates can be scheduled by reaching out to me directly by calling or text.
Thank you for your time and look forward to our future business together.
