At our Stoneridge Estates remodel project the backyard was completely transformed. Many updates were made to this property, including a new feature swimming pool & spa, enlarging & raising the covered patio at the house, a new detached pool ramada, and new landscaping & hardscape. These improvements offer multiple areas to enjoy, gather & experience this beautiful backyard resort environment.

The primary entrance to the Carefree Dream residence is a welcoming semi-private courtyard on the north side of the home. A sculptural gas fire pit creates a gathering place to enjoy this beautiful desert property.

A few after & before photos of an incredible whole house transformation of an existing house in Scottsdale’s Cactus corridor. There were many aspects to this project, including reworking & opening up the kitchen/great room space, adding large windows & sliding glass doors, raising the sunken living room, and new finishes & cabinetry throughout. The homeowners have moved in & love their new place.

Permits are approved & construction has started at our Mirada Los Arcos remodel/addition in Paradise Valley, AZ. This project involves new higher roof framing & clerestory windows at the center of the house to create an open kitchen/great room, as well as changing the front entry, expanding covered patio spaces at the front & back of the home, adding large windows & sliding glass doors to open the great room to the exterior, a new pool & detached ramada structure in the backyard and an exterior make-over. Excited to see this transformation & work with the exceptional team on this project.

The great room of our Carefree Dream house in Carefree AZ is light, bright and perfect for day to day living as well as for entertaining. With floor to ceiling windows it blurs the line between interior & exterior so the homeowners can always enjoy their beautiful desert lot. An amazing client & team for this project… love this house!
