I worked with a couple on a custom build who knew exactly what they wanted. They provided a detailed diagram with everything drawn to scale and tile placement on day one, making my job considerably easier. The installation of a Ditra Heat floor ensured the space remained warm and cozy during the colder seasons. Undertaking this project required meticulous planning and ex*****on, beginning with the installation of drywall. A key feature was the implementation of a dual heated floor system, laid out with 24x24 tiles across two distinct zones – the first catering to the bathroom entryway and the bathroom space itself, and the second zone dedicated to warming the small transitional area into the workshop. The installation of the shower, tiled with 24x48 slabs and accentuated by a bespoke niche complete with decorative tiling, represented another significant phase. With expert assistance, the bespoke Corian sink, complemented by a practical niche for storage, was seamlessly integrated. Although electrical, plumbing, and painting services were handled by others, my role in the project's many facets resulted in a truly spectacular outcome.

Observe the transformation in this before and after scenario. A customer contacted me regarding a leaking shower, and upon investigation, I determined that a minor repair would suffice. However, upon further examination, it became evident that a complete renovation was necessary to address the root cause of the issue. As you start your day, whether it's for last-minute shopping or quality time with family, take a look at this beautifully remodeled bathroom. The result of this project is outstanding. The homeowner converted an old fiberglass shower into a new closet. A whirlpool bath tub that was never used is now a spacious walk-in shower. The outdated linoleum floor was replaced with a modern heated floor, perfect for chilly winter mornings.

The outcome of this renovation project was outstanding. First, I removed the existing fiberglass shower. Next, I enlarged the space to provide the homeowners with more room in the shower. Afterwards, I removed the old linoleum flooring to revitalize the original floor and give it a modern look. Additionally, I installed new trim, and the project was finished.

Talk about getting more room in the shower. Here, this couple had a very old 3ft by 3ft shower that I don't know how anyone even fit into it. It had leaks, no form of waterproofing, and just created more of a "homeowner headache" by the day. I tore out the existing shower. Then, I knocked down the false wall behind it and built a brand new, beautiful, spacious shower. I gave them a nice big niche for all the shower essentials. Along with a nice little shaving niche for the woman of the household.
