Calling all rental property owners! Letting a chuck with a truck handle your property repairs can have disastrous effects. We were called to handle a leaky sink issue to find that the previous repairman didn't use sealant between the strainer assembly and sink. This allowed a slow leak to rust out the strainer assembly.

We fixed the issue quickly by installing new strainer assembly and tailpiece while replacing all gaskets and installing proper sealant.

Check out our handy work for one of our rental property clients! They wanted a little secure space for the things they need when they're back visiting Elgin. We came up with a simple and quick solution to keeping their belongings safe from any curious renters.

We used solid core door with a pick proof lock. To top it off we hardwired a motion sensor light inside the closet for energy efficiency.
