I know I’ve been quiet, winter is seemingly going to be the ‘slow months’. Everything wants to take its time to grow and I also am focusing on family and the full time work has become a bit more demanding. But I’m still here!
Any questions ever, just throw my way. And who knows, the plants just might have a growth spurt!

I’m going on a vacation next week, going ‘home’ to Germany to visit Oma, with mom. Three generations in one spot 🥰 something I will make the most of. I hope to lend whatever help u may be able to around the house.
Upon my return, I will be chopping and propping A LOT of things. I will even have a baby of the wonderfully textured, uncommon, Quilted Dream, available!! I don’t know if I should put the two babies in one pot or keep them separate for more people to have a chance. Maybe y’all can help me decide 😁

My heart and prayers go out to the family and friends of Homegrown Nursery, Bathurst. The plant community lost a legend and a master at her craft. She was one of the best mentors and gave such sound advice. And I’m 100% certain she’s the reason for the rain. Probably went right up there and was ‘What the f*k is this kak?! You kept us in the oven too long, mr god dude!’ I’m going to miss your fiery spirit. I hope your causing a ruckus wherever you are

We are so sad to announce that Linda - entrepreneur and owner of Homegrown - has passed away.

In honor of Linda, the nursery will stay open through the help of our amazing staff. It was Linda’s biggest passion, which is shown through the care she took with every one of her plant babies. We appreciate all our customers and encourage everyone to continue to supporting the nursery.
