Prep for painting, must know how to use a tape and paper masking tool for overspray. Must know how to caulk without making a mess. Must have good Brush and roll skills. Mud work is a plus.

Must have 3 years experience in painting. Be able to cut in and roll, use a masker, cover floors, sand surfaces, caulk a fine bead, clean up after yourself. Not be afraid to climb a 26-32 ft ladder, clean up tools, own some tools and not have a problem getting paid on Fridays.
