We’re hiring - Shop Foreman – Fence Construction

JP Fence is looking for an organized and dependable Shop Foreman to help manage daily shop operations and support our field crews. This role is key to keeping projects running smoothly by coordinating materials, assisting with job planning, and maintaining an organized shop environment.
Responsibilities
• Organize and stage materials for upcoming jobs
• Manage shop operations and support field crews
• Help coordinate crew schedules and job preparation
• Maintain material inventory and ordering
• Use Microsoft Excel for material lists and pricing
• Ensure trucks, tools, and equipment are ready for jobs
• Maintain a clean and organized shop
• Assist with training and supporting crew members
Qualifications
• Experience in fencing or construction preferred
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Knowledge of fencing materials and installation methods
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to learn our CRS management system
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
