Amendoim hardwood installation at Rosemary’s house.

This project was completed in stages over two years, with the downstairs and upstairs tied together through careful material matching, sanding, and finish work. The first batch of wood took months to arrive, and the final upstairs room required material to be milled from blanks and shipped so the floor could stay coherent across the home.

A good floor is not just boards on the ground. It is layout, grain, timing, preparation, sanding, finish, and patience working together.
