Here is a screened porch we built for a Client in Cary, NC. These are some of the features we customized for this Client: the popular EZ Breeze windows, 2 skylights, dedicated circuits for space heaters, string lighting, the motion sensing Ring Flood Light with a camera, masonry patio, and buried drainage. Here is our latest project we completed in Garner, NC. Our Client wanted to make their average 12’0x12’0 wood deck into a really cool screened porch. We stained the frame green to blend with the large Cedar bushes in her back yard. We painted the ceiling a pale blue to mimic the sky. We rebuilt the stairs to be wider and shallower, using TREX, so that it will be low maintenance and easier to go up and down. What do you think? I found some good news that I would like to share. This was very encouraging to me. Despite the negativity in the news about the economy for many job sectors, there are opportunities in others. Permits are typically issued for jobs that are about to start or will start in the future. That equates to JOBS in the Construction sector. I hope that more interest shifts to construction so we employers can now find qualified and talented employees we can hire.

Here is a screened porch that we built for a client in Cary. We extended his existing deck and built a low maintenance screened porch on top of it. We added EZ Breeze windows, 2 skylights, pre-finished Aluminum balusters, and TREX decking to the floor. Now they can enjoy their deck for years and not have to worry about any maintenance. 😎 @ Cary, North Carolina
