In order to keep pace with our growth, we're in search of long term fits for our dynamic team of trained professionals. This role is a mix of relationship building, sales, and performing service work.
You'll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and diverse environment. The role demands you be intellectually curious, have a strong work ethic, act with integrity, and face most days with optimism.
Job Duties
Utilize time management skills to manage your daily schedule including: arriving to work punctually to prepare for the day ahead, communicating arrival times with customers and dispatch, and provide service efficiently by utilizing the work flow taught during training.
Demonstrate attention to detail by: reviewing with the work order with the customer and obtaining pre-approval signature, monitoring various elements of the van and equipment to ensure a proper cleaning, performing tasks with utmost care and double checking your work, taking thorough notes and pictures of each work order, ensure no equipment is left behind when work is complete, and stock and clean your equipment and van so that you and your teammates are prepared for the next day.
Build relationships through: checking customer history and job notes/tags for relevant information, having thorough conversations about the history of the project and customer expectations, educate and promote our other services, and show care for a customer's home through a variety of courteous measures and always leaving things better than you found them.
Show Team Work when you're working by communicating with your team members about what you're working on, what's upcoming or unfinished, and providing time lines of when they can expect those tasks complete. Also demonstrate a willingness to help the team by checking for additional jobs or teams who need assistance when you've completed your route.
Skills and Qualifications
Full scheduling availability (preferred)
Detail Oriented (required)
Ambitious, hardworking and looking for a long term home/career (required)
2+ years experience with customer interaction, conflict resolution and reputation development (required)
Ability to learn quickly (required)
High School Diploma (required)
Capable of lifting/carrying 35 lbs (required)
Have a driver's license and clean driving record (required)
Salary and Benefits
Four day work week
Major holidays and Sundays off
Paid vacation earnings
Paid initial and ongoing training
Annual pay ranges from $40,000-$70,000 (full time employees)
Advancement in operations and sales management available to qualified employees

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $34.00 per hour
COVID-19 considerations:
We allow our customers to decide if they would like to wear a mask and if they would prefer us to wear masks. Our staff has had zero instances of COVID. A majority of our employees are vaccinated, but is optional.
