There's a particular stretch of summer where the guest house earns its keep. Family passing through, old friends staying the weekend, the the people we love most, all finding their way to us at once. Lighting is usually the last thing people think about in a bathroom, and I'd argue it should be one of the first. It's the difference between a room that feels finished and one that just... functions.
When we were planning our primary bathroom, I knew I wanted something with a little softness overhead—not another flush-mount disappearing into the ceiling. We went with the Marlo pendant from our Shades of Light collection, and it ended up being one of my favorite decisions in the whole space.
