Finished up the old Sketchers building last week. Turned out pretty nice for a super wavy slab. Almost 10,000 lbs of vct removed, captured 7500 lbs of slurry, and got a very nice 400 grit shine with a protective top coat! Thus job was extremely challenging, but we got it completed. The concrete guys did not do us any favors on this one. They left such an uneven surface, we had to grind for a week and a half to get it to this level. We fought the unevenness, diamonds glazing over, and for the first time, we found granite aggregate in new concrete. Normally it's sandstone and dolomite.
