Well this one was one for the books for sure! Client wanted to keep the vintage cast iron tub, toilet, and sink so we made it happen! Some tiles did not survive unfortunately... But here it is we had to rip up the subfloor. Level the floor joists with new 2x8. Put new subfloor down and put it all back together! Clients put the flooring down.
