"A closed-off layout, an outdated kitchen, and a basement laundry Jessica hated became a bright, open home designed around the way her families actually lives.

Jessica knew her 1970s ranch wasn’t working for her family anymore.

The upstairs living space felt closed off. The kitchen needed a complete transformation. And every trip downstairs to do laundry was another reminder that the home wasn’t functioning the way she wanted it to.

Rafael saw an opportunity to rethink more than one room.

Walls came down to create a spacious, open floor plan. The kitchen was gutted from top to bottom and rebuilt into a bright, modern gathering space. And an old dining room found an entirely new purpose as a beautiful laundry room conveniently located just off the kitchen.
