**Part-Time Construction Laborer / Helper**
Cody's Quality Construction is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.
**Position Details:**
* Approximately 20 hours per week
* Flexible schedule based on workload
* Opportunity to grow into a full-time position
* Competitive pay based on experience and performance
**Requirements:**
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Reliable transportation
* Show up on time and ready to work
* Dependable and trustworthy
* Willing to learn and take direction
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Able to lift and carry construction materials
* Basic knowledge of tools and construction is a plus, but not required
**Job Duties:**
* Assist with residential remodeling and construction projects
* Load and unload materials
* Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
* Assist with decks, fences, flooring, trim work, demolition, and general construction tasks
* Help ensure projects are completed safely and professionally
We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Experience is helpful, but reliability and effort are more important.
