Ziga Architecture Studio is an award-winning architect with offices in San Antonio and Austin focusing in Modern, Contemporary, a

nd Transitional Architecture, with a specialization in Historic Preservation. The firm offers full architectural services as well as design-build services on select projects, serving Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Public Sectors. Our passion for great design allows us to produce high quality projects that are both functional and long-lasting. We have over 22 years combined experience in residential, commercial, educational, governmental and institutional design and project management. It’s going up, up, up… New office-warehouse / flex space project by DM Elite. Building consists of 11,997 SF total, comprised of 5 leasable office-warehouses and a custom finished out space with mezzanine for the General Contractor.

Professional shots finally in of our office/guest house in Castle Hills. This was a challenging project with an irregular triangular shaped site, dry creek running through property, multiple easements and setbacks, and fronting a busy thoroughfare.
We were able to design a contemporary modern Scandinavian 3bed/2.5bath, with cantilevering balconies and sealed pine siding and standing seam metal roof/siding.
Our team wore many hats for this protect, from site selection, securing entitlements, architect and developer.

El Paso United Charters Bus Depot construction site visit coordination meeting and pre-pour inspection for 1st of 3 buildings. Building pads and foundation looking good and project is really starting to take shape. This bus depot will consist of an office building with training room for bus drivers, a shop building with service and wash bays, and a storage building for tires and parts. It will also have a large parking lot yard for the charter buses, and fenced in for security.

With a new year come new opportunities. Excited to announce we have moved into our West Ave location and are getting settled in.
