Wrapped up the railing on this cute little starter home in lakewood today. Shoutout to on another fun project, and special thank you to these home owners with great taste, green thumbs, and the happiest little puppy!

I had the pleasure of working with on this project. While this is far from the most intricate or complex project I've ever done, knowing the impact this work will have is probably the most rewarding. These rails will aid in the mobility of the matriarch of the family, allowing her easier access to the space and the front driveway. isn't always life changing, but knowing that this work will make a small difference in quality of life for someone is pretty awesome.

This beautiful remodel project is designed and managed by Every Place Design. I was honored to be a part of it. My only regret is that we finished the stairs so quickly that I won't be able to see the rest of the house completed. They just had the hardwood refinished and new cabinets and a sliding glass wall is going in near the dining room. It will have panoramic views over the southern Parker area. It should be amazing when it's all done!

These clients added some anonymity and safety to their back patio with this privacy screen. It was a beautiful day to finish this install and I couldn't be happier with this result. This was probably the most fun project I've built so far, and these were amazing clients to work with.

A few months ago I was blessed with an opportunity to help with this beautiful outdoor living area. But we had a small engineering setback once the counter tops were installed. The railing was a bit wobbly once the weight was added on top. Today, I had the help of my good buddy, Flier, installing the new lower support brackets. I think they turned out pretty good, but not as good as Flier with his slick new haircut.




Oh. And I feel like this deck needs a shout out too. It's over 15 years old and still in awesome shape. It was truly a pleasure to build off of.
