Step inside one of Castle Rock’s most historic homes — the Hammer House, built in the late 1870s with additions in the 1880s. We’ve had the honor of restoring this landmark over the years, including major structural repairs, a full interior rebuild, and returning key architectural features back to their original locations.

Hey Prestige Contractors family! ❤️🤝

Here’s a quick update straight from the heart. Over the last several weeks, every job we’ve completed has contributed to our community toy drive — meaning every one of you who hired us recently is already part of this mission.

Today we went out and picked up a ton of great items for local kids, including:
🎣 Fishing poles & tackle
🛌 Kids sleeping bags
🚗 Hot Wheels & toys
🔦 Flashlights
🎒 Outdoor gear

We also received a huge amount of donations yesterday during our turkey drive — thank you to everyone who already pitched in!

All of these toys and supplies will be delivered to local organizations like the Help & Hope Center here in Castle Rock, along with a couple of other nonprofits we’re coordinating with.

Your donations help local kids who might not otherwise get a gift like this — and for me, the fishing gear hits home. That was my childhood. If I were a kid again, that’s exactly what I’d want under the tree.

Expert Disposal out here doing Expert Disposal things 😄♻️. Here’s the quick swap on a 20 yard roll off at the tail end of this remodel. Smooth drop, clean switch, zero drama.

And the cherry on top? He left us a fresh 10 yarder so we can keep clearing out and wrap this job up right ✅🙌.
