This deck has now been up over 8 years.
Any Deck Companies wanting to learn how to do this please contact me. All I asked is a small percentage as a silent partner. It was a unique mix of decking principals and commercial steel principles. Our original plans had more redlines, than black, as we learned over the course of a year, what would work, what did not, and innovations we were forced to come up with. I would like to teach the right company how to do this correctly, at about the same cost as a Fiberon or a Trex deck, with way more longevity; especially in the sun; strength, and fireproof.
I know what and where to get the materials needed.
