Bout to finish this one up. Added the post, beams, and shed-roof for the carport. Added the storage room on the backside of the carport with a gable roof. The screen porch was already built, so we just removed the old aluminum screen, added the pickets to bring it up to code, put a fresh coat of paint on everything, and then installed screen tight vinyl screen system. Pouring concrete below the porch on tuesday and closing in the sides to add more storage. Wait til you see the cement shoot I'm building to get the concrete around the back of the house. I'll post the pictures of the cement shoot Monday after it's built..... Thank you Mich Moore, and Benjamin Bryan for all the help!!

Finished this one last week.... Just needs some paint on it. Tricky hip and valley coming down in the same spot...

Finished this pavilion up today for the Jordan family. All cedar kit. Installed the 4 brick piers to level it up. Built the frame then raised it up on top the piers. Installed the roof panels today and it turned out great.

What a view....new screen tight system. You can use this system with no pickets..and yes.....code compliant!! This is some strong screen.

Custom closet build, actually an addition....I added about 4ft 6inches all the way down the end of the home. One half for a master closet with a double window to bring some natural light in and the other half for a pantry area off the kitchen and a nook for the standup freezer that was stored outside in the gazebo. I'll post the other pics later.

Getting close.... It's slow going, working at night, after hours......but it's gonna turn out nice!!! They are hoping to open after the first of the year.... It's a restaurant, name will be Gill's, it in batesburg on augusta hwy. It will be serving a cajun seafood menu.....if you are down this way after the first, come check it out...I know the guys opening it up,....they been in the food industry for 30+ years....come show em some love and check out this woodwork....

Before the epoxy.3/8 plywood ripped down 6 inches. 3 layers of stain. Barn wood brown, antique blue, then weathered grey. After that I glazed it lightly for an aged look to go with the accent walls.
