Got rid of that old carpet and put down some wood laminate flooring to match the rest of the house for a loyal customer....

Customer wanted to install quarter round (shoe molding) around trim work for a smooth finish, no problem!
Added transistion strips as well.

Yes, I do small plumbing repairs!
This loyal customer contacted me said her toliet was leaking from the bottom. Come to find out her fl**ge was rusted out completely on the bottom and screws were gone as well.
Unfortunately this customer is also battling a tree root issue as well but her budget was limited on what she could do at the time.
So we updated and gave her a new fl**ge with new mounting holes.
