We are looking for a reliable and experienced irrigation technician to service our client’s irrigation equipment. As the lead technician, you will assist in conducting regular maintenance checks and performing initial start-ups and shut-downs.

Looking for either experienced individual employees to take on a route with our equipment, or Snow Contractors, wanting to add existing accounts to their current business for the winter.
Currently looking for Demotte-Wheatfield area and a possibility in Illinois - Chicago Heights - Glenwood area.
We also have individual locations available as well, for snow plowing jobs for experienced Skid Steer Loader Operators.

T&J Landscapes Services is looking for a person that will continue to grow with our landscape design and installation division. T&J landscape services has been in business for over 30 years and is well established. We are looking for a candidate that meets the following criteria.

Design, Sales and Customer Service

Prepares preliminary design, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Provide designs that meet client’s needs.
Generate fair, thorough and accurate design proposals using company Design software.
Follow up with clients before, during and after installation takes place
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of plant material and horticultural practices.

Ability to make accurate drawings to scale from sketches, design drawings, and verbal instructions and an ability to prepare complete plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates.

Ability to organize and coordinate the work of others and to set priorities and assign work to other professionals to maximize efficiency.

Proficient computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, View Point, Pro Contractor or other database experience).

Education and Experience

Landscape Design, Landscape Architecture or a related field plus 3 years experience working as a professional landscape designer. Prior project management experience highly desirable. Must have a valid driver license within 30 days of hire and meet insurance company guidelines for driving. Other licenses and /or certifications may be required.
