Sometimes, what seem like "simple" projects involve more than you expect.

This simple looking bathroom cabinet & sink required these steps:

Remove old cabinet
Retiled floor that was not tiled under old cabinet
New Base board to corner
Repair wall & retexture
Paint wall
Raise water lines
Assemble new cabinet
Secure glass to cabinet
Secure basin
Install faucet
Test for leaks

The end result is very nice!

Turns out that buried under linoleum, plywood, more nails than you can shake a hammer at, old black mastic adhesive, and decayed varnish there was a really wonderful floor! Brandy and I finished the gazebo project - it's now being called Babsy's Clubhouse.

We've had a great week framing out a gazebo for oour client - Next week: roof, siding, Door, Ceiling Fan, and Screens!
