Sometimes a hardship turns into the perfect opportunity to change.
Unfortunately, this customer had a flood in their house due to roots in their pipes. Luckily, they entrusted Bryco to help with all the repairs and make some much needed updates to their forever home.
Here’s a list of what we tackled:
💦 water removal - quickly getting the walls and floors dry to salvage what the homeowner didn’t want to replace
🤝 working directly with the insurance adjuster to save you the headache and get as much support from the claim as possible
🤗 installing beautiful new, modern, and consistent floors throughout the home. Bye, bye tile!!!
🎨 new paint throughout - a fresh coat of Alabaster to replace the light French grey and brighten up the space!
🔪 new kitchen counters and backsplash, as well as updating the paint on the island from a country blue to SW Thunderous
🔥 creating a beautiful, custom hearth and installing a tile fireplace surround. Complete with creating a custom solid wood mantle!
🚽 installing a new toilet, vanity and updating the downstairs bathroom
