This stairway to the basement was an accident waiting to happen. Some treads were almost 10" deep, and some were barely 6" and NO STAIR STRINGERS!!!. We ripped the stairs out and added 3 stringers to make sure there were no issues.

Customer called and had an issue with their sump pump. The pump was running but was not moving water. Found that the flap in the check valve broke loose and was blocking flow. New check valve and replaced the pump as well due to it's age.
