Step by step, this backyard is transforming into something special. We’ve wrapped up the framing, secured the structure, and have begun laying down beautiful composite deck boards. You can already see the difference—it’s no longer just a yard, it’s becoming a true outdoor living space.

This deck will serve as the foundation for countless moments: morning coffee by the sliding doors, evenings with friends under the stars, and a place where family can gather all summer long.

But we’re not stopping here. The next phase is the patio, which will tie everything together into one seamless space. With the deck and patio working together, this backyard is going to have both style and function—built to last, built for living.

🚧 Mickam Project Update! 🚧

Framing is underway, and this one is going to be BIG! 👊 We’re not just building a deck here — we’re taking this project nearly 100 feet out into the water with a brand-new dock system.

Right now, the bones are coming together — each beam and joist laid out with precision to handle everything from sunny lake days to family gatherings by the water. By the time we’re done, this space will be a true extension of the shoreline — the kind of spot you’ll never want to leave. 🌊✨

✨ Another transformation complete — the DeDario project is officially wrapped up!

From the first day of demo to the final rail set in place, this has been an incredible journey. What once was an unused, unfinished space is now a beautiful deck that feels like a true extension of the home.

We love builds like this because it’s not just about wood, fasteners, and railing — it’s about creating a place where life happens. A place where friends can gather, families can celebrate, and quiet moments can be enjoyed in the middle of a busy world.

Standing on this deck, looking out over the yard, it already feels like it belongs here — like it’s always been part of this home’s story. That’s the best compliment our work can get.
