This was an insurance job, I had terrible before pictures but here is the finish product. Just have to image there was a flood cut going up 4ft where the drywall was missing and all the flooring was removed down to the center, and no bathroom fixtures. Customer wanted to do all the painting.

Just wanted to say thank you to the young couple down in GR for having us come out and do a face light to their bathroom.

This is the only bathroom in the house so we needed a quick turn around and had this one completed in 6 days.. vanity and flooring are completely new, toilet and shower stayed. We had to demo down to the original diagonal wood planking because there was 3 separate layers of subfloor and vinyl flooring. We painted the walls, ceiling and wall cabinets, added a new exhaust fan, and set all new hard wood trim. With some aging in the shower, we re-sealed the shower and hit it with some grout sealer just for that added protection.

This customer unfortunately had a water leak from an old pipe leading to the washer and dryer. ServePro came in and did about 75% of the demo that was needed, not their fault by any means. They were only told to take out what they did, but after getting in there we found more damage that needed to be tended too.

All new installation, new LVP flooring, new trim, a new shower insert, new toilet, new vanity, and new canless light. There was a few more areas of drywall that were touched up and the bay windows overlooking the lake received new trim and a new wood ledge. Customer elected to paint themselves.

This customer had us come out to repair two pieces of siding and do some painting due to the previous painter missing many areas.

This went from a simple 3/4 day project to rebuilding about half of the chimney stack. After removing the two pieces that needed repair we uncovered a lot of water damage that led up more inspection and the ultimate decision of tearing it off and rebuilding everything that had water damage.

We had this rebuilt and the new lap cedar siding was installed before the day was done. We had to come bad the following week due to all the rain that was in the forecast. Everything has been painted to match the house and the other painting was tended too as well.

This is the same client that had the he office added in the basement. This project was a simple facelift, new flooring and paint.

We kept the old original wood paneling and had to use an oil based paint to seal it up for their new paint color. The beams received a nice new fresh coat of paint, but the ceiling stayed with the original stain it had from 30 years ago. Customer elected to go with a nice and durable LVP so the kids can have fun and they don’t have to worry about water or juice being spilled.

It’s been a while since we’ve had a post of completed projects, we’ve had a lot going on and it’s not slowing up!

This was an old living/bedroom in a basement was converted to an office and future bedroom. Originally it was an exterior patio under a 3 seasons room that had been enclosed.

This customer wanted a major facelift to bring it into this century. All the wood paneling was removed, all new electrical, new canless lights, insulation, and drywall was added. The customer elected to paint and do the trim work because he enjoys doing the final touches to make it his.
