Custom Lake home in West Bend with tight lot requirements to work around. Double First Floor Master design with two additional bedroom upstairs for guests with all bedrooms facing the lake. The design has a future bonus room over the garage figured for future expansion of the home as the family grows.

Custom Designed this two story home for a client looking to build this year. The first floor design is a open concept living area with the kitchen slightly tucked around the corner. Vaulted ceiling in the great room, dining room and kitchen. Foyer has built in bench's below the windows and a tray ceiling. Large mudroom with separate laundry room. Large butlers pantry for those cooks. Large loft overlooking the great room to have that cabin feel. These are the initial design concepts. Stay tuned to see the transformation of this design.
