And just like that — finished by the end of the day. ✔️

This morning started at daybreak with prep work for a new parking pad. By this afternoon the space has been graded and finished, giving these first-time homeowners a solid place to park.

Projects like this make a big difference in both function and appearance.

Out here at daybreak getting things lined up for a new parking pad. ☀️
These homeowners just bought their first house and they’ve been working hard on this place. Always good to see folks putting some elbow grease into their own little piece of ground.
Right now you’re looking at the before. By the end of the day this spot will be ready to park on.
We’ll post the after pictures later today so y’all can see how it turned out

Asphalt millings are one of those things not everybody knows about.
It’s recycled asphalt, packed down tight, cost-effective, and a whole lot less likely to wash away than gravel.
This gravel driveway kept washing out and ending up in the road — and that wasn’t doing anybody any good.

We pulled the gravel, reused it where it would stay put, re-graded the drive to fix the water flow, and finished it with asphalt millings.
Now it drains right and isn’t going anywhere!
