Price List

Residential Lawn Service Contracts

These contracts are for 12 months. The monthly price will be a set figure based on the square footage of turf along with the amount of shrubs and ornamentals on the property.

Weekly Visits

$120/mo & up

Lawn care including cutting, weed-eating, edging, & blowing during the growing season. Bi-weekly visits during off season. Twice a year shrub and ornamental pruning. Minor tree trimming. Initial spring fertilizing. Herbicide and pesticide applications (as needed in turf). W**d control in garden beds.

Bi-Weekly Visits

$60/mo & up

Lawn care including cutting, weed-eating, edging, & blowing during the growing season. Once a month visits during off season. Once a year shrub and ornamental pruning. Minor tree trimming. Initial spring fertilizing. W**d control in garden beds.

Landscaping Products & Services

All landscaping labor will be at the price of $35 per man hour. Heavy equipment operations will be at $150 per machine operation per hour. All product prices are competitve and are based on area retail pricing

Cypress Blend Mulch

$30/cubic yd

Mulch will be triple-hammered and in the colors of brown, black, red or natural.

Long Leaf Pine Straw

$4.50/bale

We use baled, long-leaf pine straw that comes from North Carolina and we guarantee it to be fresh and of good quality.

Rock

Call for $

We have a wide selection of rock and stone from which to choose. Please call to set up a meeting for sampling and pricing.

Landscape Installations

Appt needed

We handle both residential and commercial installations, whether it may be a new installation or renovation work. It will be priced based on materials plus labor hours spent and will be under contract to protect both parties.

Trimming/Pruning of Trees, Shrubs, & Ornamentals

$35/man/hr

This price per hour includes everything except tree removal. Spring and Fall clean-ups are also covered under this category. NOTE: There may be a disposal fee if there is a substantial amount of debris to be removed.
