One of my favorite parts of being a wreath designer is finding inspiration in everyday life.

These cheerful flowers growing in my backyard became the inspiration for one of my sunflower wreaths. Nature has a beautiful way of reminding us that even the simplest things can brighten a day—and I love bringing that same feeling into the homes of others.

That’s what Shine Inside and Out is all about.

One of my favorite things about creating wreaths is watching them transform.

What you’re seeing here is the “work-in-progress” stage—before the centerpiece, finishing details, and all the little touches that bring it to life.

Handmade wreaths don’t happen in just a few minutes. Each one goes through multiple steps to make sure it’s sturdy, balanced, and beautiful enough to welcome family and friends to your front door.

Every fold, twist, and detail is done by hand because I want you to receive something made with care—not mass produced.

The best part?

You get to enjoy the finished masterpiece… without having to do any of this messy part! 😂🌻

Behind every handmade wreath is a process…and today, that process happens to include sunshine, birds singing, and a whole lot of burlap! ☀️🐦

Cutting and sealing burlap is one of the messiest parts of creating my wreaths, so I took my workspace outside to enjoy this beautiful summer morning while getting the job done.

This patriotic wreath is being handcrafted with love, one piece at a time. My hope is that it finds its forever home with a Veteran or military family who will proudly display it for years to come. 🇺🇸

Today is shipping day… and that’s always one of my favorite days! 📦💕

Knowing one of my handcrafted creations is headed to its forever home fills my heart with so much joy. I love imagining the smiles it will bring and how it will make seasonal decorating just a little easier for someone.

This special order includes one of my handcrafted pinecone wreaths. Every pinecone was gathered from my own backyard, carefully cured in my oven, and individually wired onto the wreath by hand. It’s truly a labor of love—from my home to hers. 🫶🏼

My hope is that every wreath I create brings warmth, beauty, and a little extra joy to someone’s home, no matter the season.
