We have officially passed all rough inspections, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gas line, fireplace insert, and framing! 🎉

Everything is right on schedule, and we are now preparing for the next phases of construction: drywall installation and hardwood flooring. Looking forward to seeing the project continue to take shape!

Demolition is complete and we are moving right into the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing rough-ins!! Everything is looking great and right on schedule!!

The tile is installed, the shower glass has been templated, and the cabinets and interior trim are now going in… everything is taking shape very quickly and beautifully, all right on schedule!!! 😊👍🏻

This is going to be an absolutely amazing transformation once everything is complete, and we are excited to see all of the finishing details come together! 🤩🤩🤩

We are excited to begin an incredible transformation on this beautiful home! This project will include a stunning new kitchen remodel, along with updates to the pantry, office, powder bathroom, fireplace, staircase, and all new flooring throughout the entire main level.

Even though this is a newer home, the finishes and design are already feeling dated, so the goal is to create a completely refreshed, elevated look with timeless design and higher-end products throughout. This is going to be an absolutely amazing transformation, and we could not be more excited to collaborate with Margarita Bravo, BKC Kitchen & Bath, Distinctive Mantel Designs, Inc., and Closet Factory on this project!

We’re wrapping up the first week of our new project, and it’s been a very productive start.

So far, we’ve completed the underground plumbing work, including relocations and installation of a new ejection pit, and have successfully passed the underground plumbing inspection. Framing is now underway, and HVAC rough-ins have already begun.

It’s been a busy week with a lot of moving parts, but we’re off to a strong start and making great progress!!

Shower pan and drywall screw inspections have passed…tape/mud/texture beginning and then into tile installation!! Right on schedule 🤩
