If you’ve been to a class, camp, or event at TBK Centennial, chances are you’ve met Chef Patrick!

Whether he’s expertly shredding mountains of cheese for our Lasagna Cupcakes, helping campers perfect their recipes, or keeping guests laughing with his endless supply of goofy jokes and antics, Patrick brings incredible energy to every class.

Behind all the fun is a wealth of culinary knowledge. Patrick’s experience in the kitchen shines through as he helps guests build confidence, answers cooking questions, and shares tips that make every recipe a little easier and a lot more delicious.

From our youngest campers to our adult classes, Patrick has a way of making everyone feel welcome, supported, and entertained. His combination of culinary expertise, patience, and humor makes him an amazing instructor, host, and teammate.

We’re lucky to have Chef Patrick as part of the TBK Centennial family—even if he occasionally gets a little carried away shredding cheese! 🧀😂

Summer break is great until day eleven when every toy has been played with, everyone's hot, and nobody knows what to do.

We have a suggestion.

🌎✈️ What a week of Culinary Travels at TBK Centennial!

Our campers had an amazing time exploring flavors from around the world as we traveled through Italy, Greece, Australia, France, and wrapped up our adventure in Mexico today! 🇮🇹🇬🇷🇦🇺🇫🇷🇲🇽

Along the way, we made everything from Lasagna Cupcakes and Cheese Twists to today’s delicious Churro Donut Bites! 🍝🧀🍩 Our young chefs had a blast mixing, kneading, baking, and tasting their way across the globe.

GMA ran a segment recently on something called ""fun-starved"" — the idea that Americans are so burned out, so budget-conscious, and so mentally depleted that they've stopped doing things that are just purely, genuinely fun.

We thought about that a lot. And then we looked around our kitchens.

The people in here aren't thinking about their inbox. They're not doom-scrolling. They're elbow-deep in pasta dough, laughing at something that just went sideways, and about to eat one of the best meals they've made in their life.

Turns out the kitchen is a pretty good cure for fun-starved.

🎉 What a fantastic first week of Summer Camps at Taste Buds Kitchen Centennial! 🎉

Our young chefs had an incredible time during Restaurant Week as we traveled the world through food, exploring the flavors of Italy, Thailand, and Japan, plus enjoying a fun-filled Bake Shop day!

From rolling sushi and folding dumplings to stirring creamy mushroom risotto, piping cannolis, and baking adorable teddy bear bread, our campers learned new skills, built confidence in the kitchen, and created delicious memories along the way. 🍣🥟🍄🍞🐻

The fun is just getting started! We still have spots available for both full-week camps and single-day registrations throughout the summer.
