3.5 tbsp (50 g) butter

A bunch of fresh dill

A little salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, oregano

1.1 lbs (500 g) ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 large tomato, diced

2.5 oz (70 g) tomato paste

A bunch of fresh parsley, chopped

3.5 oz (100 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:

Make the mashed potatoes:
Start by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into even chunks. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are fork-tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the butter, a pinch of salt, and smoked paprika. Mash the potatoes until smooth. Directions:
