Our business is for sale. It has been listed with Mathews Realty in Center, Texas, 936-598-7800 with Scott Foster, [email protected]. It is located at 1866 Hwy 7 East in Center, TX on a major highway, just 2 miles from downtown Center, with a total of 6.9 acres. It includes a 30'X70' steel building Christmas store, a 20'X24' carpeted building used for a resale and consignment shop, a 24'X24' concrete floored steel building for storage and for flocking Christmas trees, a 12'X12' concrete floored storage building, an 8'X8' well tank shed and a 140' deep water well.

The land is cleared on each side of the Christmas store with approximately 2 acres maintained for a Christmas tree farm. There is approximately 3 acres that have brush and various trees that can be cleared for additional Christmas tree farming or other ventures.

Our business started in 1982 in another part of town and it quickly outgrew its location. We also sell reels of socket wire to do-it-yourself as well as professional light installers.. Being within 15 miles of the Louisiana border and 50 miles from east Texas towns of Lufkin, Nacogdoches, Hemphill, Carthage, San Augustine, Timpson and Tenaha, it is easy access to customers. It is a perfect location for a year round business for other interests.

It's not too late to put lights on fences house or drive. We have 500 ft reels of socket wire and plenty of C7 and C9 LED bulbs or old fashion bulbs.

Our store hours are 9-5:30 Mon-Sat and 1-5 on Sunday. We have Fraser firs from 6 ft to 9 1/2 ft. Also, commercial wire sockets for long areas, premade 100ft sections, LED bulbs and old fashion bulbs. Lights of all colors in incandescent and LED strings. Elvis gifts and other unusual tree ornaments. Browsers are welcome. My business is for sale, but I am not closed.

Laura Rowe of Action Team Realtors is sponsoring an Open House at my business Saturday, November 2nd from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be refreshments and door prizes. Any one who has said they never have been to my Christmas Store has a chance to come see what's in that big white building. I sell more than Christmas trees. In fact, you'd be surprised what there is in there. I have my business for sale which includes the Christmas Store, Christmas tree farm, 4 buildings and a deep water well for a total of 7 acres. There are still rumors going around that Dellinger's Christmas Store and Trees will be closed this year. I do have my business up for sale but I WILL be open this year and every year until I find a buyer for it. I have great plans for this season with extra lighting and decorations. I will be open in early October for the benefit of light installer and for browsers. I will also have Fraser firs again this year along with Virginia pine to cut in the field. I also will be flocking trees again. Please plan on coming by to say hi or to get advice on
decorating your yard, house or fence with commercial light strings.

Dellinger's Christmas Store opens Nov. 1 at 9 am. Hours will be 9-5 Mon-Sat. Time to start planning to light up your house and yard. We have all the lights you need, LED's and Old Fashion.Outdoor Santas, signs and flags. Browsers welcome.
