We are looking to add an install Foreman to our team. This is for a full-time position with an average of 45 hours per week Monday-Friday. $30.00- $35.00 per hour - Salary also available for the right candidate.

This is for the lead position on a landscape installation crew and You would be in charge of a crew of 2-3 workers. The work that you would be performing is installation of retaining walls, paver patios, cement work, plantings/sod etc. You would be required to manage projects start to finish in an efficient manor, manage tools, equipment and material to ensure you have what is as needed every day and to make sure all crew members are being efficient.
We are looking for someone that brings a positive attitude to work everyday, reliable and is extremely detail oriented as we provide quality work to our customers.

Requirements are as follows.
- Need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in landscape installation of hardscapes
- Need to have a minimum of 2 years of crew lead experience
- Need to have a clean (insurable) license
- DOT health card - company paid
- Class A license or willing/able to get it - we help pay for this on most occasions
- Need to be able to drive our trucks with trailering heavy equipment - skid loaders, backhoe etc.
- Have experience operating heavy equipment such as skid loaders and mini excavators.

We are looking to hire a sub contractor for some snow plow accounts. looking for either someone with their own plow truck or skid loader and would need to have business insurance.

We are hiring for several snow plow operator positions for the upcoming winter season.

- Skid loader operator
- Pick up operator
- Salt truck operator
- Snow shovelers

Pay range $23 -30 per hour depending on experience

These positions are to drive our equipment. We are based out of Centerville so please consider this before applying - you need to be within 20-30 min drive time as we work on short notice and You would dispatch from our Centerville location every snow event.

We service both commercial and residential accounts all over the twin cities. This work is on call 24x7 as we work when it snows.

Here is what we are looking for.

All of our accounts do require some shoveling or work with a snow blower.

Must have a valid and clean drivers license

Prior experience as a snow plow operator is preferable but we are willing to train.

Need to be on call 24x7 and able to work long shifts
