Not every company stands behind their work after the paperwork is signed… but we do. 💯

Recently, we had a very RARE major failure on a 13-month-old HVAC system. While our standard labor warranty is 12 months, we made the decision to replace the ENTIRE UNIT at absolutely NO charge to the customer. 🙌❄️🔥

Why? Because taking care of people will always matter more to us than hiding behind a date on a warranty sheet.

We believe customer service doesn’t stop after installation day. When issues happen, we show up, make it right, and take care of our customers the way we would want our own families treated. 🤝

⚡ Some jobs are more satisfying than others... and this was definitely one of them.

Nothing makes us happier than retiring an old off-peak metering system, along with an old fuse box, and bringing a home's electrical service into the modern age.

This particular service had seen decades of additions and modifications. Over the years, multiple sets of unfused service conductors had been added to feed various portions of the home's electrical system, including an old subpanel, an aging fuse box, and even an abandoned set of energized service conductors left tucked away in the crawlspace.

Needless to say, it was time for an upgrade.

📸 Before: An outdated dual-meter service with aging equipment that had long outlived its intended service life.

✅ After: A new 200-amp meter-main combination panel and subpanel, providing a clean, organized, and reliable electrical system ready for today's electrical demands.

We were originally called out for an air conditioning issue, but as our diagnosis continued, it became clear that the problem wasn't with the HVAC system at all. The real issue was an outdated electrical service and aging load center that had finally reached the end of its service life.
