How Do I Maintain My Asphalt Driveway?

We recommend sealcoating your driveway every 3 to 5 years. This will protect your driveway from UV rays, precipitation, and automobile fluids.

It's also a good idea to fix small cracks and potholes right away before they have the chance to deepen. Otherwise, water may be able to infiltrate the driveway's foundation.

Once this happens, the foundation may fail and start to crumble. Alligator cracking is often a sign that the driveway is beyond repair.

If you notice any damage to your asphalt driveway, please don't hesitate to call us. We'll be able to repair any damage so your driveway lasts as long as possible.
