Hey everyone! ❤️

I’ve been really busy these last couple of months and haven’t been taking many orders, but I’m excited to start getting back into it! If you’ve been wanting to place an order, I’d love to bake for you again! 🥰

I’m also hoping to start doing a little food stand toward the end of this month or the beginning of next month! I know not everyone wants to plan ahead and place an order, so I thought it would be fun to have some goodies available to just stop by and grab when you’re craving something. 🤎

I’m excited to get back to serving everyone and growing this little business. Thank you all for being so patient and giving me grace during the times when I was struggling and needed to slow down. And to everyone who has supported me so far—whether you’ve ordered, shared my posts, or simply encouraged me—thank you so much! It truly means more than you know. 🥹❤️

I’ve already had 3 scam attempts through my bakery page. 🤦‍♀️ One person even texted my personal phone number, and two others messaged me on Facebook.

It always goes the same way… they’ll “place an order,” ask if I take Venmo, then suddenly say they need my email to “confirm the payment.” 🚩

Thankfully, I know it’s a scam, but it makes me wonder… do people really not have anything better to do than try to scam small businesses that are just trying to make an honest living?

Just a reminder to my customers: if you ever get a strange message pretending to be me or asking for unusual payment information, please be careful. Thank you to everyone who supports my little bakery the honest way—it truly means so much! ❤️

I know I had said I’d be back to baking this week, but I’m still trying to get everything caught up and back on track. Thank you all for being so patient with me!

I should be able to take one or two small orders this week (or possibly one larger order), depending on what it is. If there’s something you’ve been wanting, just send me a message and I’ll do my best to make it happen.

🌾 Bakery Update 🌾

Made Fresh by MacKenzie will be taking the rest of this week off!

After the festival last weekend and a couple of big orders afterward, I’m ready for a little break. My husband is cutting hay this week, so I’ll be helping haul hay, and I’m also taking some time to catch up around the house and recharge.

I’ve been thinking about trying something new for Made Fresh by MacKenzie!

Would you be interested if I had a small bakery stand with fresh baked goods available throughout the week? You could stop by and pick up cookies, muffins, cinnamon rolls, bread, brownies, pretzel bites, and other goodies whenever they’re available—no need to place an order ahead of time! 😊

Don’t worry—I would still be taking custom orders! This would just be another option for anyone wanting to grab something fresh on the go.

When the festival was canceled, I noticed so many people were happy to buy what I already had made, and it got me wondering if this is something you’d enjoy year-round.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who purchased baked goods from me after the festival was canceled. ❤️

I was honestly worried that I would be out all the money I had put into ingredients and that so much of the food would end up going to waste. Because of all of you, neither of those things happened.

Your support truly means so much to me and my family. Every order, share, and kind word helps support my little bakery more than you know.

Unfortunately, today’s festival was canceled due to the storm and rain. 🌧️ The event has been rescheduled for June 27th, and I’m hoping I’ll still be able to attend. I’ll keep everyone updated as I know more!
