We are continuing to grow and looking for passionate people to join our team. If you have a desire to create residential architecture and want to understand the experience from start to finish, then this could be a great place for you! The company fosters a team-oriented environment while offering plenty of opportunities to grow.
The projects vary in size and complexity, ranging from small entry enhancements to kitchen renovations to multi-million-dollar new houses. https://lnkd.in/eQ4FWgHc
The position would entail assisting in measuring, drafting existing conditions, transferring sketches and developing the design in CAD, and creating construction documents based on abilities. Responsibilities will also include code analysis, file management and general office support of principal and project managers.
The candidate must possess strong Graphic Skills in AutoCAD as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Rhino and Lumion are desired.
