We have enjoyed the summer of 2019. Spending a lot of time on our patio and pool deck has been easier on our feet. Although a bit more expensive than the standard acrylic paints, we installed the new paint that lowered our deck temperatures 7 to 10 degrees. This new product comes in the standard acrylic colors. Not only did it lower the temperature of the deck, it was still environmentally safe, withstood wear and tear and was not slippery. Another terrific feature of acrylic coatings is the easy maintenance. They are stain resistant and clean up is a snap. They scrub up with mild soap and water, keeping the surface looking great.

They reported “you might not pay much attention to wear and tear on your driveway, but appraisers will. They look for signs of physical depreciation, so consider resealing the surface of your driveway before you put your house on the market.”
