It is important to get your dryer vent cleaned once every year or two, depending on how many people in your family and how much laundry is done. As a retired fire inspector, I also recommend getting the smoke alarm batteries (even in a hardwired system) replaced at least once a year. If you have a tankless water heater, you'll also want to get the heater descaled on a regular basis per your manufacturer's recommendation, so call today, and I'll take care of your maintenance needs!
