Something a little different then our normal post, we helped this customer remove his ole worn out dozer that helped him to build his property and land that he has called home for decades now, at over 30kpounds, a locked up transmission/rear end and had not ran or moved in over 20 years mutiple people had tried to and could not get this machine budged, all fluids were drained and disposed of before dismantling this ole machine. We were able to come in and within 2 and a half work days, we cut it apart in large sections we could handle with our machine and hauled it all out and away!

Yesterday we transplanted a large Dwarf Japanese maple, it had outgrown its area near the corner of the home. Garden bed expansion, a new live edge, as well as stripping the garden beds of years of mulch and refreshing them with new mulch!

This year i chose a Corkscrew Willow for her mother's day tree.

If the sight of tulips and daffodils don’t convince you it’s SPRING maybe some fresh cut grass will do the trick!

Even if we like a good over grown and over due video or picture, letting your grass grow past 4 inches is not always recommended and here’s a few reasons why.

🐀Overgrown grass creates the perfect environment for pests, such as ticks, rodents and mosquitoes to thrive and breed.

🌱When grass grows too long, it hinders sunlight and nutrients from reaching lower blades and soil which can lead to weakened grass blades and patchy areas making it more prone to diseases.

😍An overgrown lawn usually looks unattractive, long grass can often have an uneven appearance as the grass bends and clumps together. Which deminishes your overall curb appeal of your property.

Many homeowners believe letting your grass grow wild is more beneficial for the ecosystem by providing habitats for pollinators and other creatures, HOWEVER pollinators can shelter in 4 inch grass and your lawn reduces the risk for any of the negative effects mentioned above.
